Whole School Climate Assessment

Through a comprehensive and customized process, we examine your current school climate improvement efforts. We ask questions, gather information, and assess them against national school climate standards and best practices in five areas: Organizational Leadership and Policy, Staff, Students, Families, and Community. We also conduct a School Climate Loss and Cost Analysis to bring to light the dollars your district is spending and losing due to bullying and related behavioral issues. We identify gaps and opportunities, and present recommendations. We can also provide guidance and support to your leadership team to co-create a comprehensive school climate improvement plan.

Leadership Development  

We provide training and resources for administrators to help them better lead school climate improvement efforts, so they can educate others about it, develop a clear and shared vision, review and align their policies and practices with current legislation and emerging national guidelines, and effectively implement best-practice strategies.

 

Policy Analysis 

We can conduct a focused and thorough review of district policies and practices, which includes recommendations for improvement and alignment with national standards and best practices.

Programs and Services Selection and Development 

We help school district and/or site leaders make additions and/or changes to existing programs and services for students and staff, and can help them identify and assess new programs that would close identified gaps in services. We can also help with selection and/or design of protocols and tools for evaluation. And, we can custom-design programs and services to meet the specific needs of your district and schools.
