This workshop provides educators with tools to help alleviate stress through Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Tapping is an easy to implement self-healing tool that uses a sequence of light physical tapping on external acupuncture points.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn:
- how to use tapping as a technique to support personal well being and reduce anxiety.
- techniques to use with students in the classroom to ease stress for everyone.
