The Connect and Respect Program is a relationship building model for students and faculty.
For smaller school populations, this one-day training provides students and faculty with the skills and experiences to challenge stereotypes about one another and build more positive relationships, which reduces bullying, cyber-bullying and mistreatment, while improving the overall social-emotional climate. Participants will develop a common and youth friendly language resulting in a more positive school climate.

“Our ambassadors average between 5 and 7.5 interventions per day extrapolated over a year, that is somewhere between 900 to 1,350 interventions. What an incredible amount of support that students are providing to their peers!” -Steve Jackson, Principal Dudley Elementary School, Antelope, CA
